File automatically deleted permanent

I have problem with my Storage setting. If i delete some file, its File not to be moved into folder recyle bin, file directly in permanently delete. Please help me to find a way out. Thank you

Are you saying that you want it to go to the recycle bin, or are you saying that you want it to get deleted straight away without it going to the recycle bin?

I think he is saying, is that when he deletes a file it gets deleted permanently, instead of being sent to the recycle bin. And i guess he can't turn on the option to have it send to the recycle bin instead of being permanently deleted.

Some questions first!

[1] Are the files you are deleting on your HDD [C:\]?
[2] Have you got any other HDD's or removable media [Flash drive, USB etc] attached?
[3] In the Registry Settings, look under:

User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
Value Name: NoRecycleFiles
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (1 = enabled restriction, 0 = disabled restriction)

Does it show 1 or 0?

[4] Do you have Norton installed [I think it has Recycle Bin Protection which could be enabled]?

What I would do first is uncheck the "Display Delete Confirmation Dialog" option which, as it is only valid when the Delete option is active, may allow you to uncheck the greyed out option, (Sometimes you may need to reboot to get the option to become available)
