File conversion

Hi. I really don't know where to ask this but I could really use some help.

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to convert a .BNL / .TVD file to a .DPR file. Its for those pens that you hover over a special book and it plays/recites whatever it is you hover over. The model I have is old and the newer models use the .BNL and/or .TVD while mine uses .DPR. The bnl/tvd files are available to download but unfortunately there is no way for me to use them. There is no help from the manufacture either so I'm really hoping there is a way to convert them. Thanks in advance

I couldn't find a download that I trust for what you need. I did find a place that said they had a program that would do it, but I have never heard of the site OR developer before which makes me nervous. So I can't recommend and won't point you there. Sorry.

Seems to be a very old format, that you may or may not be able to convert, I did find that it can be compiled using .Net 1 (Object Pascal - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) so maybe there is something out there. Will keep looking as I can.
