System Runs like a champ, no issues what so ever, Can Play games all night, watch movies on here whatever Except.......I copy over a File to a USB Drive, Doesn't matter what size, doesn't matter what slot, mfg, Hard Drive, Thumb Drive Dose not matter, DPC's and Interrupts Climb to 50% each and peg both my Cores to 100% usage and im at a crawl. Reboot and im Fine, however the file that im trying to copy over fails, and give me the message of

Could not Find This Item

This is no longer Located in G:\ To Transfer . Verify The Items location and Try Again.

I have attached a few Screen Shots.

I'm At a loss, Microsoft has a hot fix for X86 but doesn't say anything about X64 or whats causing the USB Issue.

No one has been able to help me with the 100% usage issue.....

I have gone as far as Formatting and starting over from Scratch with nothing installed except the Drivers.

ANYONE !!! I'm at a loss here, i have tried numerous things and nothing is working..

According to Procexp in the screen shot its the DPC's and Interupts, is there a way to tell if it is a specific process.
