File Icon problem

My File Icon has a small problem. There's a shield above the icon and it look like this
Untitled.png2.png Can someone give me an idea about removing this shield. Thanks!

As far as I know, it cannot be removed since it indicates that the program or shortcut requires UAC elevation approval by you first before it will run or open. :(
