Solved File missing from usb

My friend file missing from USB after watching video, the video she watch before and some of her music file is missing, but her usb memory space still same.

When she try to scan with AV she said only file number appear in scan result.

Why is that? Should I use Recuva? Or other program? Which is best?
I don't know where to post this so if you can tell me I will move this post

Schedule a disk check. Right click on X: - properties - Tools tab- Error chek - Check now.

nex time install PANDA antivirus, they built in USB scan .. this to prevent anything mishap onto ur USB drive.

Wizzardwillow it's not my usb and so I don't know if ahe using antivirus or not
