File|Open & File|Save As does not work in windows 7

After running sfc/scannow (100%), i received the following message: "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them".

Please anybody suggest how to fix it ASAP.

Why have you started this thread with the exact same question that you have posted here => File|Open & File|Save As does not work?

I have posted two answers/suggestions to you there!

Having two posts running with the exact same question will be confusing for members trying to help you and advise you because they will not know what has already been suggested, what you have tried, and the outcomes!
