File System issues and incorrect bitmap?

All right, so I'm not very skilled with hardware issues, but today I decided to check the C drive on my laptop running Win7 Pro 64 Bit. I ran the chkdsk utility and it came up with a couple of things I don't understand. Please see the attachment for that. I also ran sfc scan in the console and it, too, came up with a couple of problems (no idea what those issues are.) Again, you can see the attachment for that.

Whatever these problems/issues are, they are not seriously impacting my machine, but I would like to get them fixed, if possible. Any advice on how to fix these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think your drive is failing, I would recommend that you backup the important data as in the near future it might be inaccessible at any time.

I had a funny feeling that was the case.

I do not have my Windows 7 install/recovery disks, unfortunately. Is there a way to create an install disk or download an ISO from Microsoft if I provide my Windows product key?
