Files being removed from desktop folder

Hello All,

Apologies if this is in wrong thread - please advise of correct one..

I've just got a new laptop this week running Windows 7 with Norton 360.

I've copied lots of jpegs from my phone to a desktop folder and now they're not found for some reason. Could something be flagging them as viruses and deleting them? I've gone through the Norton software and can't find anything quarantined so I think it may be something else within Windows.

Any help much appreciated!

Try to copy the files to another dir. if that doesn't work disconnect the internet and shut down norton. try to copy it to your desktop or another dir. if you can copy it is something with norton. if you can't copy somethings wrong with windows. if it is something with windows try activesync or allway sync to copy the files.
