Files for registry appearing in "my documents" of Win Explorer

Hello,
Sometimes files like the one bellow appear in Windows Explorer listed with my other files:

cc_20150317_091943.reg

I would like to know where they come from and what to do with them. I know that clicking on one of those will make a change to the registry.
Thanks for your help and have a good day.

This is to do with CCleaner. I believe these files are made when you try and fix the issues with the database and create's a backup for the database.

Hope this helps.

Those are saved changes you have made using Ccleaner.
I would suggest keep them a week or two to make sure you don't need them.

If no problems occur then you can delete them.
At least that is the way I do it.

That file is a registry backup file. You get it when you use CCleaner to "fix" the registry. Now a word of caution... most of the people here would recommend NOT "fixing" or "cleaning" the registry with CCleaner or any other type of fixit program when it comes to the registry...
