Hi !

Does anybody know how to activate the previews of several files like *.rtf, *.pdf and OpenOffice files (and *.doc, *.xls,...) ?

On my Windows 7 64bits only the previews of images or movies work...

Could you tell me how to do it for icons, for visualisation it's working (except for OOo files) ?

I think it's a problem of ActiveX Control or/and Regedit !?

Thanks...

I can't say for the other files, but what PDF reader app do you have installed? On my two systems with Adobe Reader X installed, I get PDF previews.

DeaconFrost are you using Windows 7 64bits ?
And could you send me the keys corresponding with *.pdf to compare with mine ?

I am running Windows 7 x64 on all three of my systems with Adobe Reader X. I'm not sure what keys you want me to send. I didn't have to edit anything in the registry...it works by default. Try removing your PDF software, run CCleaner on the registry, and then reinstall it.

Do you have Office 2010 loaded? As of now, I only am running Office 2007 on those systems. I am about to build my new home system and will be running Office 2010 on it, so I could easily test of that's the difference.
