Hello all! I just spent the better part of three days working on, and fixing, my rig's updating problems to SP1. Finally worked it out. Now, my WEI is 7.4-7.5 for all but my primary hard disk - data transfer rate rating is 5.9. This doesn't make sense as I run my system's OS on my crucial m4 2.5 inch STAT 6.0 SSD with 128GB of capacity. I have 40GB free and my boot times are terribly slow, like 1.5 to 2 minutes. I went into msconfig and removed anything that wasn't bare bones necessary for start-up. I used to boot in 15 seconds.

Any ideas? Or, should I post this in hardware?? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

It is booting normally now. Must have been performing some background tasks for the first couple of boots. Thanks for the tuts as I will be running through them to get my boot time as swift as possible.
