I hope he means the True Type Fonts, that was an interesting read.

Times New Roman font is built in to 7.

A simple search engine use with 'free .TTF files', will render you speechless (maybe) with font choices.

Numerous font apps, also, for seeing what you already have, try softpedia.com or tucows.com for those.
