Hi...

I'm running Windows 7 (Home - 64bit)
Since the latest Firefox update Version 45 a few days ago I've been having trouble with my main email in Outlook, despite no problem before.

I've used the same 'main' Hotmail account for years and have 'newer' ones.
Until the Firefox update, all worked perfectly. Now only the 'newer' ones work as before. The 'main' one doesn't...

Here's the problem: I connect fine to Outlook and get to my normal mail page, but when I click on 'New' to compose a new email, nothing happens. Also when I try to 'Reply' to an email...again the same

I tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode with all add-ons disabled in case one of these had been somehow affected by the recent FF update, but with no joy.

I then tried accessing Outlook via Internet Explorer and Chrome and found everything worked fine - including my 'main' email!
As before, I can compose a new email without any problem using either of these browsers.

Via Firefox, my 'main' email just refuses to let me compose as I've said.

As a test, I sent a few emails to my 'main' to check it was at least receiving. Worked perfectly. So no problem receiving...just composing 'New' or Replying.

Anyone having the same problem or have any idea why this is happening…Any remedy?
Many thanks

Hi FerchtogtX...Thanks for taking time to reply.
All cookies/cache are set to clear automatically in Firefox. Checked just in case...everything OK.
Problem of sending/reply still exists....
