Firefox Bandwidth Manager?

I have been troubling my connection speed which my sister always watch youtube and play facebook application games which it EATS my connection.

I wanna set for download and upload speed so its would not effect my connection.

I know some software net limiter but i have trouble using it.

Lets skip for net limiter.

Is their an add-ons firefox bandwidth manager? that i can set # kbps for upload, streaming, downloads.
