Hi, Xavion:

Without knowing a bit more about your system, it's hard to say what might be going on.

Reinstalling Firefox may not solve the issue, as most performance problems originate in the user's profile, not in the application itself.

The standard troubleshooting starts here:
First, Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode) and the Standard Diagnostic

Another thought, since no one has responded with a review of your crash log (something for which I am not qualified), you might want to head over to the forums.mozillazine.org. It's a very active user-to-user community unaffiliated with Mozilla -- someone there would likely be able to analyze that crash log.

Please post back and let us know how it goes, so that we can all learn.

Thanks,
MM

From your crash report it looks like Windows Media Player plugin could be the culprit. Do you have this plugin?

Also try Firefox SafeMode as in the post above this one as it will launch Firefox with plugins temporarily disabled.

Copy about:support into Firefox address bar and press Enter.
