I'm new here and I'm not sure if this is the right section; english is not my native language, so I'm sorry if I do some mistakes.
I have a desktop pc with windows 7 and from a few days firefox doesn't load any page, but the internet icon says that internet is connected.
I have a notebook with windows 8 too and with the same cable that is connected with the desktop pc it works (With the Wifi it works too).
From the "Local Area Connection Status" it says:
Ipv4 connectivity: Internet
Ipv6 connectivity: No Internet access.
I read a similar post on this forum and someone said that disabling the antivirus (I have avast) can work.
I did this and everything works.
So my question is: what should I do?
Disinstalling Avast and installing another antivirus?
