Firefox not working

I have installed firefox 3 times and everytime I try to start, it tells me it can't find a certain file.

Firefox can’t find the file at /C:/ProgramData/Plusdaxs/snp.sc. I did a system restore but it only restored to a day before. I hate Windows 7 with a passion- nothing but problems.

Check your FF shortcut. Right click > Properties.

Also run adware scans.

Also - if you keep reinstalling firefox it will still use your old profile.
