Firewall isuees

hey all
i just tried loading up my rail works 3 train simulator 2012 , its powered by steam to launch it

then a pop up appeared saying its been blocked , then just before i went to see it flashed of too quick.

can you tell me how i can view things thats been blocked on here.

Type Allow a program through Windows Firewall and select the option at the top. You can see programs to allow, and add additional ones as well.
