Hello guys

I joined the forums to get some assistance understanding this blue screen. I have read the "BSOD - Posting Instructions" post but I am quite weary with installing software I am not familiar with, so I've done my best with supplying the information needed from what I've read in Eight Forums.

All the information is available here.

I am not familiar with intelppm.sys, and never resolved a BSOD involving this driver. In 6 months of service since I'm assembled this PC, this is the first BSOD that came up.

Thank you in advance, I hope we can find the cause to this BSOD and I'll get better at understanding dumps.

You edited a post and added it there. It does not change the subscription status and so I was unaware of any changes in this thread. You should have added it to your reply post.

First of all, Install Service pack 1. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including BSODs.

Report us for any further BSOD after installing SP1. Remember, this time add the data in your reply post. ;)
