I'm not sure why my system is now doing this but it seems that it will suddenly freeze and quickly go to blue screen when I'm doing remedial type functions, browsing internet, or in photoshop, and at random other times. The system may even just be idle. I've had probably about ten or so BSODs in the span of about five months. They come at about every 3-4 weeks or so.

When I get the BSOD, the blue screen does show a "Memory Management" message before rebooting. I've attached the necessary files below.

Any insight? Hardware issue?
