First BSOD!!!

Hi everyone.
Around couple of hours ago, I got a BSOD. I should mention that before it happened, I had gone into TASK MANAGER and removed TRUSTED INSTALLER from the list, and as soon as I removed it, BSOD popped up. Reason for removing it was reading in some forums that it was unnecessary to run.
