started getting different blue screens after a system restore on my pc.
google searched then and they were pointing to either ram or hdd going bad.
i bought new ram and a new hdd did a clean instal of w7 home premium 64
the blues screen did not go away as a matter of fact as time goes on there getting worse to the point of only blue screening on randon and just plain locking up most times
ill have to power cycle around 5-6 times to get the pc to load windows again

i had a much more detailed post the first 2 times i attempted to write this but i can only type so fast in between lock ups

ive attached the required files below and i would appriacate any help that can be given

i will make edits and updates to this as much as i can until it is solved

thank you for your time

Hello oneskrewluse.

There are five crash dumps, all are with different bugchecks and different probable causes.
So it may be taken as an indicator of a failure which may not be necessary from the part of the software. Let us start some checks.

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs only.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Also upload your MSINFO32.nfo file which will give us some more info.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
Let us know the results.

Memtest runs on RAM, the computer does not boot to OS. So you can run memtest.

Let us know the other results when done.

update the pc is useless now

i get a cool looking spanish style matrix screen with blue bars and a's with tildas on there heads
it freezes near immediately after hitting the power button

i tried using memtest and windows off line but they do not boot either
i inserted the windows disk to no avail also

Im starting to believe it may be my power supply or motherboard crapping out any one agree? and if so which would be more likely

If it probleming even within the BIOS setup, I think you should change the motherboard.

I was afraid of this would you recommend getting an upgraded board or just a NoS factory board

If your board is within warranty, RMA it. Otherwise, you can get any board that matches the CPU pins of your existing board so that you can use the existing CPU.

I think you may have problems finding the same Motherboard with Firewire port as it is a HP mobo, made by foxconn I think, they are not mainstream, and one with a firewire port is even more unlikely, and unless second hand, you may struggle to locate one. (Hopefully not)

Options:
You could get the same motherboard (if you can find one)and use a PCIe Firewire Card, like this:
:ar: Dynamode 3-Port PCI Express Firewire Card: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

Or just buy a good make Motherboard with all the requirements you need, it is a AMD Micro-ATX motherboard so
you would need the same form factor and one that matches your CPU and RAM.

Hope this helps

cheers

Dave
