I've had trouble free first month of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 so far which is good because Vista's equivalent gave me countless sleep problems namely a completely random sleep issue.
I woke my pc up from sleep this morning to find my dvd-rw could no longer see blank cd's. After the upperfilters registry fix, uninstalling and reinstalling Itunes and uninstalling/reinstalling the drive, multiple reboots and an attempted firmware update (not needed btw i already had the current firmware and drivers). i put my pc back to sleep and woke it and bam....everything works perfect again. Just wanted to share my experience with all who might share that little glitch in the future.
