I am in need of help, I have had 5 different BSOD and if I understand right I need to post the the minidump files before anyone can help me. If I understand right there are different type of dump files. Complete, kernel or small, which do I need to post for help. I found a REFERENCE_BY_POINTER, 3 times a KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR, BAD_POOL_HEADER. Sorry for not understanding the steps.

You forgot to upload one file:
Upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this:
(1) Click on the Start :orb:
(2) Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box
(3) When it opens, go to File, Save
(4) Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember
(5) Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info
(6) Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder
(7) Upload the .zip file here

Uninstall the "Sunbelt Firewall Software" from your computer. It's known to cause BSODs. Look in google for relevant removal tool or use Revo Uninstaller free to uninstall it. Delete remnants of any of its drivers using Driver Sweeper

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
Keep us posted

I uninstalled AVG and installed MSE. What is the Sunbelt firewall stuff you mentioned, is it something else I need to uninstall? Thanks for you time. Do I just need to wait and see if I have the BSOD issues any more?

Another problem I have had for ever is updating
Microsoft Office Access Runtime and Data Connectivity 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2)
I get Error Code A97. I have done what Microsoft says to do in the trouble shooter but still have the problem.

Thanks Scott

Yes, if you have it, you should uninstall it. Look for it in control panel/programs if you're not sure. Uninstall it from there.
