Fix/setting to reduce annoying messages IE-(any)

When hitting a page that contains both secure and unsecure content, the inevatible pop-up asking if you want to view both secure and unsecure content is a becoming unbearabley annoying.

Since the answer is always the same (for me anyway); No, do not block the content, Is there a setting that will stop/reduce this message?
