This is the second time within a few days when I have been 'greeted' with the message. This time, I was using QGIS and tried to export a PDF to my desktop - and I saw this error. I was able to successfully export the PDF to the folder <my user>/Downloads. The same thing happened with another program just a day or two ago - exact same behavior.
I have done some looking and everything appears to be fine. I own the folder, there is nothing showing as Deny, etc. What changes should I make to allow saving to my desktop???
