I'm using the latest FF release and when prompted to upgrade my Flash player, I do so. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and either way, a few days later I am prompted to upgrade again.

Don't know is this is a 7 issue or a FF issue or a Flash issue, but its getting tiring. Anyone else have this?

It happens sometimes when Adobe flash will not be able to delete old version, so you will actually have 2 versions installed. And system will get confused aswell.. lol

So I would recommend installing Secunia Personal Software Inspector
http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal/

It will show if all your programs up-to date and patched.
It helped me to discover that I had one new patched and one unpatched version of Adobe Flash player.
It will be probably useful to you too.

Yes I have seen the problem before too. It is more common than most people realize.
