Flash for 2 sec n come back main screen. unable to hibernate windows 7

while i try to hibernate my window 7 it turn of screen for 2-3 sec and restart screen n nothing happen . .:sarc: dont know how to solve this. my all other option work better sleep, shut down, logoff n all. bt unable to hibernate.
