When I try to play flash on windows 7 professional 64 bit windows my browser crashes.

I have tried chrome, IE 64 bit, Chrome with the beta flash 64 10.1 installed.

I have tried IE32 bit, Firefox 32 bit.

All just hang the browser.

To answer my own question:

Uninstalled 64 bit using the special 64 bit uninstaller
Uninstalled the 32 version using the standard installer
Rebooted.
Started with IE32 bit and went to a video. Followed instructions to install flash
Then did same with Firefox

Now it all works

Your running a developer PRE-Release version of the software, its going to be buggy.

yes but

Buggy yes. But you might expect the 32 bit browsers would continue to work as they are supposedly using a separate copy of flash.

There is no 64 bit flash for Windows/Mac, only linux (which works very well, BTW). I'm not sure what you installed, but it wasn't 64 bit flash.

Glad to hear that 32bit flash is working for you though!
