Flash Player crashes after installing SP1

Adobe Flash player crashes after I installed SP1. It starts with a green screen, sound and stops responding after a few seconds. I have an MSI Radeon HD4550 video card on a P5KPL-CM Asus mobo with 4GB of RAM. I've tried to get help from both Microsoft social.technet and Adobe but no avail. Can any1 help?

yes. I does it with IE9, Firefox 4, Chrome and Safari. I'm using the IE 32-bit version, not ehe 64-bit.
