Flash player Starting and Stopping When Maximized

Hi,

When I maximize the flash player when we are watching a video the screen stops and starts every 3-4 minutes. If I minimize the screen this doesnt happen.
I have re-installed flash and this happens across all browsers.

Any ideas anyone...
