I've been carrying the same one, a Kingston Data Traveler in a tiny ziploc in my pocket for years.

Write the Win7 ISO to stick using UltraISO trial version: on File tab open ISO, on Bootable tab Write Image, then Format, Write.

The installer files will be in the root but you can keep them in a folder when not installing so they don't accidentally get deleted.

To that I add XP, Vista, various Office installers, Works, Adobe, Flash, Java, CCleaner, Auslogics Defraggers, PowerISO, Acronis boot disk, PW, memtest86, GWScan, etc.

Instant tool kit for the pocket.

+1. Good advice on the Adobe, Flash, Java etc. I always forget that those aren't neccessarily installed when I think my new installation is done.
