hello, there are alot of turorials on how to make a custom backround on your usb drive (and everyone who plugs it in will see this backround). I have read that this wont work on vista so i wonder if it works on win7?

also:
how can i disable this annoying prompt where it asks about scanning the flash driver for errors? I get it everytime i plug some usb device in and when i scan i get "no errors" anyway :P

thx bb

I'm not sure what you mean by a custom background for a flash drive. The autorun screen is what normally pops up, unless you have an app that runs when inserting the flash drive, such as U3 or PortableApps.com.

If you get the drive scanning prompt each and everytime, I'd consider copying all the data off the drive and formatting it again with either NTFS or FAT32. If you still get the prompt, I'd consider replacing it.
