Solved Flashing screen on Home Page only

I am no expert. My wife has a desktopPC Windows 7 . Internet Explorer. I also have a user account on the same pc.
On her account the Home Page has suddenly started flashing and is unusable. My account is ok.
USING iNTERNET eXPLORER. I have unplugged Monitor and plugged back in. Have run Virus checks, etc.
Any ideas, please ?

Welcome to the forum. Is it just the one page or all pages are you trying the same page on your account? What version of ie? Have you cleared the cache in case it's corrupted

Samuria, Thank You for replying. That has worked ! So happy. Thank you so much. Cleared Temp. Files, History. Cookies. Wasn't sure if that included Cache, so ran C Cleaner as well. Logged back in - and it is back to normal. Thanks again. - Philip
