hi guys, i have a problem that i hope is just a simple fix - although not so far.
story is parents are down the arse end of the county from us and can't see the kids as much as they want. so they already have a cam, but me being me haven't as never use one. so thought of using my phone instead. so i driodcam installed and all good to go - set up and have picture on screen. so to make sure it's working but seems something is amiss. so try online with cam through the browser both ie & ff, but both seem to have an issue with c++/flash/shockwave.
in ie, start the broadcast and flash asks permission for access. so allow it and it suddenly stops, and the error message is

with ff it throws up an assertion faild error - than i can't copy & paste here. but what it says is that basically mjutil.cpp failed and that it's to do with c++ but close the box and the browser screen has the grey error saying that the adobe flash plugin has failed.
done everything i can think of. i've unistalled ie/.net/c++2010 & 12/flash ran ccleaner to get rid of anything left over, rebooted and fresh install of them except c++2012 but the problem still persists.
short of doing a clean install of windows is there anything else i can look for/try as this is annoying. also what are the chances of it being to do with the phone set up and would just getting a cam solve it or is the issue deeper than hardware?
