Flickering of GPU during boot Windows 10 GTX 970

Hi All! :)

Thanks for taking time to assist me of my problem, basically every now again my screen flickers during boot and it seems to freeze just like on this phone here https://youtu.be/6LwmWruBSSE?t=34 exactly the same colours and that. But on my windows PC anyone know what causes this? I really hope my GPU is fine I really don't wanna RMA it

Try checking the video cables first, then try with other monitor if you have one
