Flickering/solid colors..help!

OK...A week ago I got a computer built for me, I was having extreme issues when playing world of warcraft or even just youtube, facebook. Solid colors, Green/blue/pink/black. with black lines down it. "Display driver has stopped working/recovereD" Causing me to restart. SO i took the computer back and raged thinking it was because of them. I got my money back...So 2 days ago I went somewhere else and I got another pc built for me....THE SAME ISSUE... Things I have done have been.. Bought a new moniter. new cords.
I tried my dads moniter/friends moniter. with all different cords.
I tried different outlets in my house.


Screen flashes frequently aswell.

Please help. I'm going crazy.

I am using a diffrent video card...and same issue... Help?

Clearly there is one commanality between the 2 different builds, the way it's setup or the monitor settings or something.
You need to post your full system spec. Your problem may be solvable then.
PS. Don't bother with the first one, just the one you got now.
