Flip 3D

Is there a way I can

1. Chance the hotkey from Windows key + Ctrl + Tab to Alt + Tab (I am willing to use 3rd party, and have autohotkey).

2. Chance the speeds, zoom etc of the flip 3D.

I use <Hold>Windows key<hold> + Tab
And hold windows key while clicking tab
which would be easier

Except I don't know how to change what your looking for, there is probably a registry setting.
