Since almost every board on the forum is geared for W7, I will ask my question here, even though it is somewhat out of place. I messed up the file association for .flv files XP x64 a while back, and now I can't remember what I did. When I went there a moment ago, it said that I had changed it to flv, so I selected the restore button, and it changed the flv extension to partner with the VP6 Flash file type, yet the problem that I'm having with other programs, and even the file manager remains as before.
I'm attaching a screenshot of one of the errors popped, which is similar to all of the others that I have gotten while experimenting with it. I realize that file associations are quite different in Windows 7, but I'm hoping that someone has a better memory than I do, and can help me fix this.
