FN for vaio CS290N?

I'm using Vaio cs290n. licensce of the machine is windows vista. The FN keys are used, but when I setup Windows 7, the FN key can not be used.
Please anyone help. thanks
 

My Computer

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit (6.1, Built 7600)
1. Download all sony drivers for Windows 7
2. Instal Vaio event service
3. Reboot
4. Install Sony DLL Utils
5. Reboot
6. Install Sony shared Library
7. Reboot and it should work

Do not change the order of works to be done ;)
