Folder BOOT strange

Buonasera, vorrei sottoporvi il mio problema.
Ho un win7 OEM installato su un disco SSD e un secondo win7 OEM installato
su una partizione da 200 gb su un HD meccanico.
I due win7 che partono col bootloader
Purtroppo mi sono accorto che oltre ai due dischi con i win7 installati, mi ritrovo una cartella BOOT anche nel terzo disco che ho sul pc.
Perche si è creata la cartella BOOT su un altro disco su cui non c'è il SO e di conseguenza non dovrebbe essere di boot?
La situazione dei miei dischi è visibile nella foto allegata.
Come posso eliminare questa la cartella di BOOT?

Please post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image
from both OS's.

It appears that D is booting both OS's but Aoemi may use a different label than System which would indicate this. If the label on D translates to "Boot" then it is likely the System partition booting both OS's, but to know for sure we need to see Disk Mgmt screenshots of each OS to see how it sees itself being booted.

If F is not a System partition then it should not be marked Active. Only the System partition booting the OS should be marked Active. Thus if Y does not show as System when viewed in Disk Mgmt, it should also have the Active flag removed because this will confirm it is only being booted by D. This would be the case if the OS on Y was installed without first unplugging the other hard drives.

If Y is not marked System in it's Disk Mgmt then we can help you make it independently bootable so it is being booted by its own hard drive and not D.

Once all of this is sorted, you should also remove the drive letter from D in Disk Mgmt so that nothing can write to it.

Now please show us the requested screenshots of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image.

We need to be absolutely certain by comparing the Aoemi screenshots with Disk Mgmt which is more authoritative.

If it confirms what Aoemi shows then both Windows 7 OS's are being booted by the Win7 partition on the first disk. This is signified by the System flag which appears on that partition when each is booted. Normally the System flag would be on the smaller System Reserved partition D, but it appears to have been cut out of providing that function here.

If Disk Management confirms that F is marked Active, this needs to be changed because only the partition booting the OS should be marked Active. So we shall see.

Once everything is confirmed it will be best to make WIn7 on the last disk self-booting, by Marking Partition Active, then unplugging all other drives to run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times until Win7 boots and that Win7 partition is also marked System.

Once you plug back in the other drives, set the preferred OS hard drive to boot first in BIOS setup, then trigger the other hard drive to boot using the one-time BIOS Boot menu key. If this is not to your liking, you can install EasyBCD to the first-booting hard drive to add the other OS to a Windows Boot Menu similar to the one you have now - except that now both hard drives will be independently bootable.

This confirms that both OS's are being booted by Win7 on the first disk (Disk1 in Aoemi, Disk0 in Disk Mgmt). The System Reserved partition is no longer functioning and can be deleted or ignored.

What I would do is make the Win7 on the third hard drive (Disk3 in Aoemi, DIsk2 in Disk Mgmt) independently bootable so it is no longer dependent upon the other hard drive to boot. To do this, unplug the first two disks and run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times until Win7 boots and wears the System Active flags on its partition.

You can then plug back in the other drives, set the preferred one to boot first in BIOS setup (under Hard Drive boot priority and/or Boot Priority order) then trigger the other one when needed using the one-time BIOS Boot menu key.

If you don't like this method of booting, install EasyBCD to the Primary hard drive OS to add the other on the Add OS Entry tab. This will recreate the Windows Boot Menu even though both OS's will stiill remain independently bootable.

If an old Windows Boot Menu shows up when booting the first hard drive, you can delete it in EasyBCD on the Edit OS Menu tab.

Come devo fare affinchè all'accensione del Pc parta e sia ATTIVO solo il SO WIN7_GINO e che il bootlader (creato con EasyBCD) non appaia più?

Those are not the commands given in Partition - Mark as Inactive

Ho riprovato con AOmei in modalità PREos e la partizion WIN7_LUCA è stata eliminata.
Penso ci sia ancora qualche problema, vedi immagine.

Windows 7 is being booted by WIN7_GINO partition, not the System Reserved partition which is no longer functioning as the boot partition per normal. We know this because the System flag is on that partition.

So it would be normal to have a Boot folder on C now.

Do you still have a Dual Boot menu? You can remove the extra listing in msconfig>Boot or with EasyBCD.
