Hello! I'm not sure how to put this but this never happened before but now it does. so today I was downloading this video and after the video finished downloading. I opened the folder to where the video was located so I could transfer to the other folder and all of a sudden,the folders' green load on top loads REALLY slow then gets stuck when I click on that video. I thought it had something to do with the video so I tried to delete but the video doesn't delete from the folder (it doesnt say anything too) so what I did later was close the folder and re-open it again and the same process happens. The green load gets stuck. I can delete the other files just fine except that video. My computer gets shut down because of it. tried to delete the whole folder as well but it ends up doing the same thing.
There was once where I got an error which is "remote procedure call failed" while trying to delete the folder.I was not able to open my document,my computer and control panel.
