folder rename problem, error message item not found

HI~
My offices computer are win7 x64 professional. when I renamed a folder , it always shows a message box "Item not found". If I click try again, it renames the folder.Like following video ....
Any body know how to fix it?

My offices computer are win7 x64 professional.

I assume that your office computer is Networked?
If so, have you tried contacting the Administrator because it might be a Networked Folder?

You are right. My office computers are networked,but I am administrator of network folder.
I have usage rights for network folder.
