Where did you run the command from?

bootsect.exe is included in winpe.wim, winre.wim, and boot.wim. So you can run it from the booted recovery environment or booted installation media

It is not in the installed os by default.

You can copy bootsect.exe into your windows\system32 folder and then the commands will work.

I ran it from tme Prompt cmd.

I clicked the bootsect.exe file after extracting it and it just flashed quickly. Nothing happenned.
Typed the bootsect command on the Prompt cmd and got that message again: "bootsect is not recognized as an internal or external command".

I did it. I got the success message, unplugged drive 0 but drive 1 doesn't boot.
Even disk partition didn't recognize any disk. It looks like the disk keeps on appearing and disappearing from time to time.

I don't know if it's because I forgot the CD inside the driver, but even when booting from drive 1, it sounds like it's trying to boot from DVD, despite it's set to boot from drive 0 in the BIOS, and drive 1 in the booting menu. And each time it takes longer to boot.
