Folders: Changing From The Basic-Yellow Scheme ? Possible ?

Hello,

Is there some "simple" way, or a free (or cheap) program that would enable
me to change a few Folders from the basic-yellow to something else ?

Have a few that I would like to highlight,and show differently, if possible.
