When I delete, paste, copy, rename, or cut, all folders (including the desktop) won't reflect changes until I refresh. Even the start menu!! Why are there so many fricking problems with this computer???!!!! I'm about to chuck it out the window, even though it is less than a year old!!!

I have only had such an issue with the Desktop occasionally - sometimes when I download a file (and my browser is configured to save all downloads to the Desktop) I see nothing until I click refresh. Sometimes the file appears normally. Never thought too much of it, but it seems that the problem does exist.
