folders n icons on desktop

not sure if I am posting this in the correct place sorry if I am wrong

anyhow..is there a way to make the folders and icons on my desktop smaller? they look so big on my 16 in screen

Real easy. Left Click on one lightly, so the shadow shows. Hold down alt key, then with the middle ball on the mouse make them bigger or smaller.

or right click on desk top and then view. I like thie first way You can make them any size.

Click on control panel, personalization, then click on 'display' at the bottom on the left hand side menu. check the box that says smaller.

now another quick question...the pic I am using on my desktop for wallpaper..is there any way yo make it fit? the head on my eagle is cut off..ty

You used my second method, and you said you like it, let it go. Possibly, your mouse is not working properly. . Good luck

desktop right click personalization then click on the display that you want. Then lower left, picture position, you can change the size.

display
task bar and start
ease if access center

Right click on desktop and select Personalize, then click on "Desktop Background" and you should be given a few options..."Fill, Fit, Stetch, Tile, or Center." One of them should let your eagle fly right.

On that page, click on the desktop that you have or want. You will be taken to the next page, where you will see it in the lower left.

hmm something is not right cause its not taking me to another page when I click on it

When you click on the pic that you want where does it take you?

no place it just stays on the same page...grrrrrrr

You have to give the page time. Wait 30-45 seconds before you click. It will work.
