Solved folders opening in new window

any 1 help me fix this problem please !!
when opening a folder it get opened in a new window
already tried through folderoptions but not helped.

Folders open in new windows when set to use same window - Super User

I had the same problem. Re-registering two dll's and rebooting solved it:

regsvr32 "%SystemRoot%\System32\actxprxy.dll"
regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll"
---------------
when i click start\run\ type these above and click on them this it says

Module 'C:\Windows\System32\actxprxy.dll'
was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005.

i think problem was with the updater/ i couldn't update some things like microsoft office 2010... i was trying to fix this problem when it got fixed this thing fixed too i had no idea this would be fixed finnaly same window opening and no update problem so far
