Did it come with any thing to make it transparent like FullGlass.exe( it makes windows transparent)?
Try Option 2 http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html it will not harm any data or programs.

if you foung something like "FullGlass.exe" right click and exit it, and restart your explorer/ computer.
Everything should be normal.
