Hi, I have just reinstalled 7 on my Samsung laptop. It is 32bit system, and I installed 64 bit ultimate as I installed 4GB ram.
Since I did this when I go into any folder docs, C drive, program files.
Any folder it opens it in a new window, I have reset and checked all my folder options and doesn’t seem to make a diff.
Only thing I have done to the system is disabled several unnecessary processes and changed the reg to make program files default install location rather than Program Files (x86)
The only thing that doesn’t open the folder I click on into a new window is if I use the left hand side column
I do have a second separate issue since I have reinstalled using ultimate N x64 see here also.
Cheers
Rich
